Returns/Exchange Policy

What is our Returns & Exchange Policy?

We want you to love your purchase, but if you have changed your mind or the shoes don't fit, you can return or exchange any item.

• Returns: accepted within 14 days after purchase for a refund. Once we have received the item it will take 5-7 business days to process the return. Customers need to pay for return postage.
• Exchanges: only within 14 days after your delivery day. Customers need to pay for return postage.

IMPORTANT: Please also note that this is a handmade product so there will be minor imperfections in the leather work and color so this isn't considered a faulty item.
